Is Chase Sets live yet?
Public marketplace checkout opens only after production promotion approval. Request access to tell us whether buying, selling, or both should be prioritized for your account.
What do sellers pay during beta?
Listings created during beta keep a 0% seller fee until sold, as long as the listing is not changed after beta ends. Chase Sets also does not pass separate seller payment-processing fees to sellers. Buyers see any Marketplace Checkout Fee before payment.
How does shipping work?
Checkout shows shipping method, estimate, same-account bundle effects, and 5% of item value earned toward shipping before payment. Accounts that accept offers earn a 5% shipping rebate.
How are purchases protected?
Before payment, checkout shows item details, account signals, shipping, return eligibility, and support coverage. After purchase, support can review tracking, payment status, listing evidence, and account context.
